Drop Shadow in FCPX?

I know this was easy in previous versions of Final Cut, but I can't seem to find where you can add a drop shadow to an image. It used to be in the "Motion" tab in final cut, but can't seem to figure it out in the new FCPX. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/d2c8iybNevSW

I have a free Picture-In-Picture effect that will give you the drop shadow and other controls, as well as several others including one that lets you pull the gaussian blur all the way up (the built-in gaussian blur is very limited). Look at the bottom right of this page.
