drop-frame media?

So I'm logging some footage in a project I've been working on for months, and I have changed nothing, as far as I know, and I go to batch capture the tape in my deck and I get the message: "Warning: You are about to capture drop-frame media to a non drop-frame clip. If you proceed you may experience changes in loged in and out points, problems re-linking media, or removal of master clip relations" Can anyone suggest what this means and what I may have unintentionally changed to get this message? Thanks.

Were your clips logged as drop-frame or non-drop? What kind of footage are we talking about? DV (DVX100) HD(HVX200) ? That will help in determining where your problems may be.

If you're using tape, you're capturing drop-frame TC. You have your capture settings set for a non-drop frame TC. Change the capture settings to drop-frame TC and you'll be fine.

Hey, I'm having this issue again. Not sure about this. I shot it all on the DVX100A (as I have for years) always in s5 setting. I have imported footage into this same timeline many times before and now any time I try to import any footage, it's giving me this message. I have never shot in 24pA, always in 24p. Any thoughts on what I should do? I don't want to mess anything up and my knowledge of FCP is basic at best. Any help appreciated.
