Dreams Are Weird

Woke up last night from a dream in which Eric Szmanda (CSI) wanted to buy my Bogen 503/525 tripod.

No idea why he wanted to buy a used tripod, being a TV star and all.

Should have pointed him toward EVS. :)

Dan, you should go back to sleep and finish the dream. This time sell him the tripod for a disgusting amount of money then slapp him afterwards. Then he'll turn into Barney the purple dinosaur. Get some C4 blow up Barney and then give Jessica Alba a kiss. Now that's weird!
 
Have you ever noticed that during a dream, other people in the dream will spontaneously change into someone else... and for some reason it doesn't seem weird at the the time.
 
Between you, me, and the wall here, I had a doozy myself last night.

I would say more but I don't want to get banned.

Let me just put it this way: Cookie Monster sporting an edible attachment and me lodged on the other end...:thumbsup:
 
I had a wierd dream this last night too!

This little blondehaired kid like kept pushing me around so I took a swing at him except I swung REALLY slow, like slow motion and it was embarassing and he kept punching me in the face. Then I put one of my legs behind his and grappled him to the ground, then a cop came and asked us questions and I was like, "He attacked me, I'm just 16" and then he said, "I didn't hit him I'm 18!"

Then somebody said, "No, it was the blonde haired kid, I saw it with my own two eyes!"

The cop then took him into the cruiser and drove off and I drank some sort of beer (like the bottled kind, like maybe a miller light or buddweiser)
 
lastnight must've been the weird dream night of the year, cuz I dreamed about demons in blue-silver bodypaint playing Marco Polo around a big fire. I happen to be reading a book about plagues, but I still dont see how it fed into that one! :cry:

I have had this happen in many of my dreams. I will go to punch someone or hit them with a bat, and I will slow down while everything else is normal. When I was younger I use to think it was because I didnt have a memory of me punching someone in the face... but that doesnt make sense because I dream alot of stuff I havent done. I think the hitting people real slowly is universal, I have heard other people say they had dreams like that too.

I totally had a weird dream the same night too. But I can't remember what it was now.

I was having tons of zombie dreams during pre production on my Zombie Fest short.
 
People changing into other people and the *Slow Punching* thing happens alot.....prolly to everyone I would imagine. Dreams are so cool.

I wonder if John Gaeta had the slow mo dreams before doing work on The Matrix?
