I suppose you're all right...maybe because I got into the game with the birth of digital. I never had to switch. I tasted digi first, and then couldn't get into the swing of things with 16mm, still photography background aside...
in my noggin, I understand the deal, but I'm just more excited by digital...
and with more money, I'd get amazing mics and green screens to kingdome come, and jibs and dollies and lenses like WHOA...
With stills, I'm the oposite. I've seen great things shot with digital SLRs but in general, I spit on them. There's NOTHING like a wide open 50mm on some ISO50 fuji velvia. It's like a wife to me! Nothing could replace it...
