Hey everyone,
   
 I would like to suggest we start a resource of DVX guys & gals here somewhere.

It would be nice to know who's around, what their style is & are they for hire.

 I do a fair amount of shooting in Detroit & need a 2nd or 3rd gun on some gigs.  I don't know of 1 other guy to call & throw money at.  If I do, they have Sony VX2000's & shoot weddings only.  See ?

I just met the only other DVX shooter for 300 miles of Detroit.  Or not ?

How long did it take you to get all the gear that you have right now? Looks like you got a boat load of equipment! I need to start buying up some lights!

Well I work fulltime for a TV station in Philadelphia as a shooter/editor. I however do stuff on the side including Music Videos, Short Documentaries, Commercials and other projects that I can fit in.

I got my DVX100A just a couple weeks ago. I plan to build my equipment list as fast as I can. I just graduated from the Academy of Art in San Francisco with a degree in cinematography. There I primarily shot 35mm and 16mm but the performance of this camera has brought me back to DV.

I'm available for work as a DP and Camera Assistant. I still reside in the Bay Area and I'm also willing to travel to Seattle(my hometown is Bremerton) for work as well. My demo reel is available upon request and I hope to have it online really soon.

I love this camera a lot and I want to use it every chance I get!

Hey Steve I'm down in Columbus Ohio and just finished shooting a feature a couple a months ago. I have a DVX 100a and a couple mics and lights. I could come up anytime for paying jobs.
