If you are coming up dry on locals for your needs, there are also a number of DPs/owner operators that would be willing to travel I would imagine.

As an example, I will travel to almost anywhere in the continental US with a Sprinter van loaded with gear.

There are also a few of us that will travel via private jet to dangerous locations with level III body armor. Which would include some parts of NJ. :kali:
