Dose FCP use the GPU for Offline render?

Does FCP use the GPU to assist in rendering the final project? I know it uses the GPU to assis with monitoring realtime effects and color correction but does it use the GPU for the bottom line?
 
FCP does NOT use the GPU for anything other than to drive your displays... AGP is needed for bandwidth for display updates, but nothing after that.

Not yet anyway.
