Door Sound / Phone Sound

Are there 'pushbutton' audio filters
in FCP that make a voice sound:

1) as if it's coming through a door

2) as it's coming over a phone

if not, what's the best logical
trickery to use?
(PS the voice has already been
recorded clean as a wild track)

For the phone, you'll want to run some bandpass eq's or something over it...pretty much chop off anything out of the 300-3400 Hz range... as well as perhaps compressing the crud out of it at a really high ratio.
