Don't you hate it when

you email someone (especially a client) and you ask them a specific question and they don't answer it.

For example you ask something like: Would you like me to re-edit that interview and keep it under 2 minutes or would you prefer to leave it how it is?

And they reply with something like: Sounds good, thanks for the update.

Yup...Know what you mean, and it's happened quite a bit.

Except more like this:

"Instead of exporting each clip INDIVIDUALLY 30 times, can I just export it ALL into ONE file?"

A couple days later I find out..

YES! Clients can be EXTREMELY difficult and have serious problems with communication. Part of the job though, I guess. Just one of the many frustrations...

Forgive Robbie, he is slow.* JConners was making a jest in regards to the subject matter of this thread. And yes, I do know what you mean.

*Just kidding...don't hate me...

A couple days later, you find out . . . what?

I just an eBay auction a few days ago for a bag for a light. I haven't gotten it yet and wrote the company via eBay. The response I get is "We hope you're enjoying your bag, please be sure to give us feedback." LOL.
