hahaha I have seen this video before but not the 3 minute version that shows the damage. I'm all for drones but why the hell would fly it that low to the ground with people around.
 
Because the person flying it is an incompetent idiot who proves the case for legislation and licensing. Here in the UK the numbers of people I know who are getting licensed is going up steadily, and the animosity to the people who don't, rising even faster.
