DOLLY TRACK -> Putty?

Hey,

I am an electrician gone to grip side. I have been key grip'ing a lot of jobs recently and been setting a lot of track, and getting very good at it.

I was setting aluminum track for a 24ft run with a fisher 11 this past job and leveled it amazingly, I also have my special secret to make the wheels move slickly with minimal friction along the track. The track unfortunately was not in the best condition and where the track meets there was an obvious "nitch", which was very obvious in the run, even with the friggin' fisher!!!

Some higher up guys and union guys have told me about this sort of clay putty that you can use to mold the connections of track making the connections seemless, but I don't know what it is called, or what the hell they are talking about, I got another job with a fisher 10 and crappy steel track, I want to try and find this stuff before I start the job and so I don't reflect badly because of the condition of the track.

any help please send it my way,

Thanks,

Matt
