Anyone ever made a dolly camera riser, similar to Cinevate's Ballaire riser (http://www.cinevate.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=77) or Mathews Bazooka (http://www.msegrip.com/mse.php?show=product&cat=422&products_ID=26761)?
I'm looking for a means of building an adjustable column with a 100mm bowl on top to mount to a dolly.
