I've been trying to find a place to beta dub and close caption in Vancouver or Toronto... but they've all been $400+.
Is it possible to get your own system (how much are they?) and do your own beta dubbing and close captioning?
Or anyone know a good place that does it well for relatively cheap?
Precision Transfer is the WORST company in the world.. they are located in Toronto. Horrible experience with them... never go there.
