Does this battery work with DVX?

Locally, the only battery available is the Panasonic CGP-D28s Li-Ion, 7.4 Volts 3000 mAh.

You can take a peek at it here.

It looks the right size and shape, but the DVX-100 isn't listed as one of the supported models.

Anyone know if this works, or is it only for the consumer camera models?

Are you using this battery, or does it look like it should work?

I'll be picking a couple up tomorrow, and won't be able to return them if they don't work. :-(

I can't test them, because they won't let you break the hard-plastic wrapper without paying for it first (stupid third-world country.)

I may be using one...don't have my stuff with me to double-check.

But the reason I said yes is that it says it works with the PV-DV203. I have one of those and use the same batteries for it and the DVX.

Yes, that model of battery will work for your DVX100. I have 2 of these batteries for my DVX100A & they work fine. It says on the packaging that it lasts 7 hours.

They frequently don't let you unpack and try out batteries without paying in stupid first-world countries, either...

3000 MAH will give you about 3 full hours of use on a DVX.
