Does redrock answer emails?

Ive been trying to contact redrock micro sales staff numerously and all i get is an automated message saying someone will contact me soon. I can't even join their forums because that too requires someone to review the registration and authorize the application. Is this company a one man operation?

Probably the worst customer service ever. What gives?
