does premiere 1.5 accept itunes songs (m4v)?

is there a plug-in or update for premiere 1.5 that allows for you to use m4v (itunes) songs? As of now, the default mode is that it doesn't understand the file.

Go into itunes and convert the files into mp3 or wav them import them into premiere. Now if you are talking about protected files that you downloaded from the itunes music store then the only way to get those in is to burn them to a cd then re-import them as audio files
 
oh, just the fact that premiere can't import .mp4 directly into the project file. it certainly can't be "convenient" to reconvert the files or burn them onto a cd...
