Does Letus works with indifocus gears?

I was wondering what kind of follow focus would be better? which size of rail is recommended 10 or 18?

I would go with the 18" indiRAILS. They're only $30 more, and the indiRAILS have the ability to lock the rails to any front length you need; they're adjustable that way.
If you end up getting a matte box and then use a long length lens, the extra length of the carbon fiber rods will be needed.
