Does FCP 4.5 HD have easy set-up for 24P?

Hi, this is my first post on DVXuser - it's a great resource!
I just finished watching Noah's FCP and 24P DVD and it is excellent! After reading a lot of the posts over on 2-pop and DV mag I was still unclear on some 24P questions that the DVD clears up. Thanks!

One of the points raised in the DVD is that "if you have the latest version of FCP" then it already has an Easy Set-up for DVX 24P including anamorphic squeeze. Does FCP 4.5 have this, or should I upgrade to a higher version?

Currently I am in the stone age by working with FCP 3.0 because I have an old G4. I will be getting a newer machine - iMac G5 2.1Ghrz - and I bought FCP 4.5 a while ago assuming I'd have a new machine a lot sooner.

Should I pay to upgrade to FCP 5.x Studio or FCP Studio 2.0? would the later work with a iMac G5 2.1Ghrz?

Hmm- that's a good question. Make sure you are clicking the Show All button in FCP 4.5's Easy Setup dialogue to see every possible preset. I want to say yes but as I don't have a couple younger than 5.0 to confirm it's up to you. Personally I'd suggest getting the new upgrade if you can swing the cash. Lots of useful stuff in the upgrade.
