Does FCE work on the MacBook?

I know Final Cut Pro/Studio doesn't work on the MacBook (but does the MacBook Pro because of the graphics card). I can't find any confirmation or denial about if the FCE works on my laptop...

Anyone know for sure?
 
Motion doesn't work on a macbook, but I think Final Cut Pro will run (as DVD SP, Livetype and Soundtrack Pro And Final Cut Express will).
I used to run FCP 5.1 on an iBook G4 and edit far beyond I think I can
I don't believe FCP check the graphic card as Motion does

Apple says you CAN'T use Motion on a MacBook. But it works, although slow, because of no dedicated gaphics card but you CAN use it on a MacBook. FCP HD(5.1) works fine and so do all the rest of the parts of the suite.
