Does anyone use their smartphone for filmmaking?

I read recently that the iPhone has an app that allows it to be used as a light meter.


I'm curious; has anyone used their phone to help them film? What smartphones would you say are more useful to filmmakers than others?

I'm about to get a new smartphone and this is a question I've been thinking about; it'd be great to get a phone that can actually help me

I put all my storyboards, script notes on my iPhone. I can scout locations and be able to send Pics and video

I have an Android app that calculates DOF, FOV, and various other math for all of my lenses. I mostly use my gut/experience but it does help when trying to decide apart from said gut/experience.
