Does anyone know where I can buy just this piece?

It's a Rod mount which also attaches to a shoulder support. http://www.hdvshop.com/Shoulder Mounts/shoulder pad part.jpg

email the people at Cinevate or RedRock. I have one from Redrock which goes onto two 15mm rods, and has some screw holes so you can attach stuff. They must sell it separately.

I also have a complete Cinevate shoulder mount kit for sale if you're interested: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthrea...inefuse-elements-shoulder-mount-monster-grips. It is very versatile and can be used for DSLR or Video camera.

Lastly, ebay has some good stuff:

The bottom image I saw on ebay but can that both mount on top of a plate and hold rails?

I have one for sale, but shipping from Germany is probably not worth it.

For the record: Those are made by Cinecity (ProAim) in India.
