I have passed on a few shorts through inktip (either sold or optioned for production).
They are worth it from that end. I tried it for features, but I would only use it for ultra low budget features (I tried some high concept without a single bite).

hope Im not messing up the groove but I have a question about camera's. Im looking to buy one this weekend but Im not sure what type to get. I was attempting to get a used Canon HD, or a new Panasonic HVX-200. Im looking for something in the $1000-$5000 range. This will be my first camera, used for independent film making, and Im not sure what I should be looking for in a good, quality film camera

Unless you want a script ABOUT a used canon HD or HVX-200 camera $1000-5000 (and that can certainly be arranged =) Yeah listen to Blaine. This ain't the place to ask for such things mate =)
As for online sending scripts/for sale, I've gotten feedback from online sites but not sold, it's not so easy (lower-budget/indie is different) but you must be careful, it's easy to be taken advantage of and scammed. And just simply taken advantage of again, pending your expectations.
