Does anybody have experience taking off fluid heads off a Davis & Sanford tripod?

I have a Davis & Sanford Provista V12 Tripod; the fluid head is broken. I am trying to get the fluid head off but I can't find any instructions online. I found two allen key screws underneath and got those out. Not sure what to do next.
