does any editor need space?

[siniarch]

Hi Everyone,

Anyone looking to get an editing bay in LA? I'm contemplating leasing a large space, but I would need to have a commitment from someone else to lease part of the space from me.
It would be near Wilshire Blvd & Hoover St.

and I would buid to suit.

Please let me know.

Luis
