Documentary of making a movie

[salils]

Does anyone know of any training material that would get me ready for working on a feature film that would hopefully see distribution? I have experience shooting shorter videos and stuff but I haven't really ever put together a large project involving a lot of people. Is there any kind of DVD or something that documents some behind the scenes of low budget filmmaking?? I've watched loads of "behind the scenes" on DVDs but they typically don't go into very much detail.

There was a thread around here a while back that had a big PDF file for low budget indie film making, I'll post it for you if I can find it.

I just googled for that PDF and found this, it looks pretty ridiculous per my first thoughts:
