It may just be my individual rep (Jim Pettid) but In 2 years they have yet to get one order completely right from taking the order to delivery. I kept giving them "another chance" because Jim's a nice guy and their quality has been good.
But their service has been horrible. Whether it's been not putting top spines when they were designated and PAID FOR, or over charging, or today's example:
I called him at 10:30am to get the tracking number for an order. He said he'd have it in an hour. Well, it's 6PM. I have no DVDs, my client's asking where their order is and he went home without calling me with the tracking number.
Instead of delivering the same level of service I get from the local people who do my VHS and Beta SP dubs, Media Services gives me excuse after excuse from blaming me for double charging my credit card (when the order is IN WRITING) to "i forgot" on providing the product to spec.
From now on I recommend ANYone but Media Omaha (now Media Services).
Suggestion: I have been using Audio Videographics for analog audio and video dubs for 15+ years and they've been great (haven't screwed up ONE order in 15 years). I recently learned they do CD and DVD pressing too. They're local, great guys, and they even explained to me why media services BLOWS.
They're fired.
