do miniature lights exist to light miniature action figures

This may seem like an odd request. But does anyone know if it's possible to light 1/6 scale action figures with miniature lights.

I'd like to perfect my lighting technique, and I figured one way to do so would be to experiment with miniature lights on 1/6 scale action figures. I just don't know if such lights exist.

Yes, they are commonly called LED...

It is a great idea if you actually want to light models and claymation but it will not relate to full scale. Two different animals.

Dedo lights also work. Dental Mirrors or Inspection mirrors to bounce pools of light where you want it. Etc.

High CRI lights kick ass and can be used for miniatures, or just highlighting certain parts of the shot. I used one inside a jack o lantern once. Worked perfectly. I use 14500 lithium ion batteries in them (though they're not officially rated to use them).
