Do I need a 35mm adapter with prime lenses?

I am prepping to shoot a music video in a few weeks. I haven't decided on a camera to use just yet. Its between the HVX200 or Nikon's new D7000 which does 1920x1080. I am considering using Zeiss Prime lenses. Now do I need any other attachments or adapters to use these lenses with either of the above mentioned cameras? I mean is something like the RedRock or P+S Technik needed to be able to use those lenses on those cameras? I am shooting a hip hop video with lots of dancing. I am not really asking which is the best lens to use but rather what else do I need with those lenses if anything.

Thanks!

Since the HVX200 has a fixed lens, I would presume that camera would need a 'major' adapter... since the Nikon is a Nikon, I'd presume it can take Nikon lenses without an adapter, but the Zeiss, unless there's a version that has a Nikon mount, will require some adapter. But in the Nikon case there is no additional 'optics' for such adapters...
