Do festivals want a countdown at the head of the tape?

I feel like this is a stupid question, but I haven't submitted anything to a festival since the 90s when I had a film print.

I put a countdown at the head of my submission copy and I figured I'd put one on the screening copies as well so it could be cued up properly, but the festivals don't mention that it's needed. Anybody do this recently who can tell me what's the standard?
Thanks

Festivals don't want this. If they did, they'd ask for it. You're fine. :)

just start the show at 1 hour even.
never a need for a countdown unless it's just for creativity.

Thanks for the replies. Like I said, I come from the film world and the academy leader is just part of the deal and I wanted to make sure so the fest wouldn't accidentally start my tape late or something.

Thanks
