DJI Ronin battery ... possible issue?

Hey,

I wasn't able to find any info online, and sent off an email to DJI support, but wondering if anyone else may know what this is.


I have a ronin, and been using it without issues since late august. I was shooting with it this weekend and all was fine. But now when I try to charge it, it does not appear to charge at all. I've tried different plugs with no luck.


It blinks on the first (low) light, and stays that way. And after I disconnect it from the charger, it blinks for a little on that setting. When not connected, pressing the check status button does the same thing: first light blinks and that's it.


Could there be something wrong with the battery?


Should I be worried about the state of the battery? What can be done?
