Anyone made one? I have an idea using a UV filter, open 72mm Ring, and a waterproof bag from walmart (below).

The fabric will get pinched between the filter and the ring, holding it in there and the bag will hang below the cam like a rain coat.
Any ideas?
{edit: the right column of lines is supposed to line up w/ the first edge, just didnt' format right}
