DIY Shoulder Rig for DSLR

Anyone see any good plans floating around on the internet for a DIY shoulder rig, or any other good rig to stabilize a DSLR, on the internet? or have you made any of your own? I am not the most mechanically savvy person, so the simpler the design the better.

Perhaps you're willing to spend less than what I'm proposing, but I used to own a Spiderbrace, it was so-so with not-so-heavy camcorders, but with light handycams and such it was awesome, it should work well with vDSLRs.
