DIY Shoulder Mount plans??

I have read several threads where plans existed for a DIY Shoulder Mount made from Simpson strong ties. It was in a PDF format. Does anyone happen to still have these plans?
 
Has no one built this shoulder mount? I believe the plans were from Vmajor films. It looks to be made from simpson strong ties and other parts. I have PM'd him and emailed but gotten no response. I was wondering if anyone at least had the parts list for this mount?

You're assuming that I didn't already search and read the threads related to this shoulder mount. None of the threads post the plans. He just shows the pics. I was requesting if anyone had the plans or at least the parts list that he sent out to other members.

Does anyone have any idea of what the horizontal part that the handles are attached in vince's picture? I have identified all the other parts except this one and I believe it is some sort of simpson strong tie.
 
Yeah, I couldn't quite make sense of that bit either. One of the posters in that original thread said, "Looks like just 1/8" steel strap and overlapped at the handle area to form a T shape?" To which he replied, "Yup". But I can't figure out how that would work.

I have been to a couple of Home Depots with a picture of the mount in my hand. I have seen several items that have the same look but none that are flat straps. The item number is hard to see on the picture.

I am going to get some closed cell foam padding and sew into a sleeve that will velcro around tie strap for the shoulder.
