DIY Mattebox with adjustable filter trays

Unlike the previous one, http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?140312-DIY-Mattebox-with-flag-and-side-wings
this version is made using all components found in Walmart, Lowe's or Home Depot.
And also unlike the previous, no more welding is required. Just drilling, cutting, grinding and riveting.

unlike most DIY stuff, that actually DOES NOT look completely retarded. nice effort!
and i dig the sprinkler green stuff. makes it look like something from hotrod cameras ; )

ive always wondered why matteboxes tend to be so expensive. i mean all they HAVE to DO is
1. shield light
2. securely hold filters
and as long as the lens fits through and is not obscured, what does it matter if its 16x9 or whatever...

id use this without too much hesitation.

LOL, made my first one out of a Tupperware box and flat black spray paint. Was nowhere near yours.
