I am working on an hmi similar to cool lights tutorial in his blog. I have a Kliegl 700w fresnel that I replaced the socket with a g12 base and I am using cool lights 150w 5400k bulb. For the ballast I bought: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=120257730827
The problem I am having is the bulb fires up fine, but there is a constant flicker in the bulb. I ran the bulb for 2 hours and the flicker never went away. Is my ballast wrong? Did I wire it up backwards?
