DIY Dolly base?

Anyone ever thought of using one of these for their dolly base? I saw it on the Home Depot site and it intrigued me. Gonna head down there tomorrow to check one out.

these are really small. just large enough for a car tire to sit on, absolutly 0 shock absorbtion, they are fun to goof of with in the shop but really wouldn't make a good dolly, a shopping cart would be much better, but that two is only good on smooth floors,
