Hello, I have a Meteor 17-69mm f1.9 cine lens and was wondering if I can convert it to a Director's Viewfinder? Coz I just won't spend $200.
I mean, only thing I must to do is to be able see through it, but how?

In theory, I need a eyepiece to attach it on the lens. I was thinking to buy old cheap SLR camera, but I can't mount Meteor 17-69mm on it.

Please help to future film director have his own director's finder ;)

Simplest answer is just that, a cheap SLR that you can mount this lens onto and you take a look through the eye piece
The harder answer is something like a DOF adapter if you know how that works.

If not here goes

The lens projects an image, inverted, onto a piece of ground glass (very similar to a focusing screen in SLR). Then behind that you place a camera focused directly on that screen and it records the images that are projected. Flip it in post and your good to go

You could in theory build a DOF adapter and attach a loupe to the end (or even just a big achromat) and then look through it but your image will still be inverted.

Hey, I have an idea!
What if I'll use compact spotting scope? They have 2 mirrors, and I think I can mount my lens on it. What do you think about?
