It cost me each by aluminum T6 6061 + CNC Machining 25USD + Wheel 4pcs 12USD + 2 ball bearing 604 6USD + Bolt M10x1.5 1.5USD = 44.5USD Weight 0.8Kgs

Or you could just buy a cheap pair of skates on sale, a few bolts, and a piece of angle iron.
