Hey Guys,
I want to put together my own achromat for my DIY 35mm adapter and I have a question: To figure out the diopter strength of two achromats sandwiched together, one would take 1000 and divide by the focal length of the lenses, correct? Say for instance, I buy two lenses, both with a focal length of 220, diopter strength would be 1000/220=4.5 x 2= 9 diopter?
I would appreciate any help the experts on the board could provide.
