So you are talking about a DIVA 400 and a Kino Flo 4' 4bank fixture. Color temperature is dependent on the tubes you choose. You can take a 5600K tubed DIVA and use it with a 5600K tubed 4bank and the color will be the same. If you are getting EXTREMELY particular fluorescent tubes have a green spike in them but it is subtle to the eye and can be seen in scopes and adjusted in post, just the same you would do for contrast and so on.
If you look at the tubes on the kinoflo site or B&H, you can get a sense of selection that are available. Tungsten and daylight colored tubes are available for all KINO fixtures.
Given the same brand/color temp tubes yes they will be comparable in color temp.
But be aware that different brand fluorescent tubes can vary significantly in color temp, CRI, correction needed, even when they are all labeled the same color temperature from the manufacture.
