Hi.
I am new to the forum and am looking to contact other filmmakers that have successfully found distribution that they are happy with for their film.
I am the producer of an independent horror film and am currently seeking distribution. Just a few points about the movie. No names though excellent acting by professionals. No nudity. Very unique story. The quality of the movie is very good. In every sense it is a "real movie". Without disclosing the exact budget, I'll just say it was under 250k.
Has anyone been extremely happy with any mid-level or even lower tier distribution companies that they would recommend I approach?
Has anyone had a successful experience with Distribber or FilmBuff and their semi-DIY models? I am very interested in these.
Any help or commentary would be greatly appreciated.
