Distort Tool...jagged lines when distorting a clip

I have some clips where i have decided to change the look of the clip. I always switch to Image + Wireframe when I go about this. In the Viewer window my lines look straight however in my Canvas window some of the lines look jagged and it also jagged in the timeline when I play it back. Now for this particular clip I added a border around the clip and then scaled the clip down and changed the look of the clip. So could it be the border that is causing the jagged lines? I only see this on 1 side of the clip. Like I said in the Viewer all the lines of the clip are nice and straight.

I also fight this battle

To get a clean edge, you can try to Crop the image till the edge is where you want it, or you can just go to video generaters, and get a black matt thingy, and move it to where you want, to block off the offending part of the image.

One thing I realized is that I based my initial posting off what I saw on my computer monitor when I should have been looking at my external monitor. The jagged lines seem to have gone away when I watched the external monitor with a few minor adjustments.
