I'm shooting a fire-fighting demonstration, with two Panasonic HVX200Ps, and could also use a couple relatively inexpensive, preferably HD, helmet-style cameras. I'll keep the Panasonics at a safe distance, but the other cameras would be close enough that they could be accidentally damaged by fire, heat, or water. I suppose they'd need to be camera heads with long cables to a recording device, so the footage wouldn't be damaged.

Any suggestions on cameras? Thanks!
 
Grif, I think helmet cams would produce a better quality image more than likely, but depending on the budget HD webcams might be a decent alternative. Just a thought :)
