Discovery HD

Does anyone know what Discovery HD films on? I think Planet Earth was Varicam and 35mm but what about all those nature shows? Sunrise earth and the like. I am watching one right now called The Greenland. It is gorgeous, as is all their stuff.

Just curious.

Not sure... just know Planet Earth was Varicam mostly.

HDTheater has traditionally been CineAlta HDCam @ 1080i.
