Disable Premiere CS3 startup with remote camcorder?

I set my XP preferences so that my remote camcorder opens Premiere Pro CS3 when I switch it to VCR position. I'd like to disable this function so Pro doesn't fire up every time I turn on the camcorder. How is this done?

There is a free utility on microsoft's site that installs TweakUI. This add on lets you modify action/default settings when you need to change them.

Without this, you may also change the settings in the registry keys, although I don't recommend that if you are not confident in that area.

This, I believe may help you edit the default setting you have assigned to open PP when your camcorder is detected upon power up.
