I'm a film student, currently in a Directing class that requires for me to write or acquire a 5-12 page screenplay.
And the goal is to breakdown and analyze the script to it's very core; characters, goal, throughline, meaning, message, etc.
I'm also require to shoot a scene from the script by the end of the semester.
