Diopters

Does anyone know where in TO I could rent a diopter for the DVX?

I want to get shots of a type writer, close enough that you can see each letter being printed on the page, and the dvx alone cannot get that close without losing focus.

and on the same topic, any recommendations on the "strength" of the diopter?
