Dining Room Table as Editing Desk

Hi all,

I am looking to get a larger desk to handle my editing setup. I have seen several peoples setups using dining room tables, and I am sold on that idea since they can be pretty long and sturdy, and usually not as expensive as "editing" desks.

My question is, any people have recommendations for tables? I'm looking for long tables where the width is around 36". Most that I have found are around 44", but that is too large for my room.

we have two of the rounded corner Galant system desks from Ikea. Absolutely worth the money and they're not that expensive:
