DigitalRev calculating import duties, brokerage fees

Some of the prices at digitalRev seem too good to be true.
They claim that they pay all taxes, but I wonder if this includes import duties, brokerage fees.

Lots of mixed reviews online, both good and not so good

I'm in Toronto, Canada. Anyone else reading this ever purchase from them? Were there any other 'hidden' costs, import duties, etc you had to pay?
 
I bought a Sekonic C-500 color meter from another vendor in Hong Kong, and had to pay a small duty fee and the normal Canadian taxes. It still worked out to under $1K versus paying $1,500+ buying the meter here.
