Digital Zoom

hey,

i shot an interview in hd with my canon a1 and i was wondering how much i could digitally zoom without losing resolution (what percentage in the motion tab)? Also is there a special way to do this besides the motion tab? Lastly, would i render the whole project into an SD timeline?

In my experience, at 720p, you can zoom about 5%, and at 1080, about 10% without pixelating. But, all you need to do is just try it in post and see how you like it.
